How to make Chunmee green tea
The standard for picking fresh leaves is one bud and one leaf and one bud and two leaves. Those with strong bud and fat leaves and dense Baihao (White hair) are selected and refined through six processes, such as spreading, killing green, rolling, drying, frying, and redrying.
